Guidebook for Puerto Galera

Puerto Galera consists of many Barangays (villages), along the shoreline, starting with Talipanan in the most western part, leading over San Isidro (White Beach) to Minolo, Balatero, Sto.Nino, Poblacion (city proper) to the eastern barangays Tabinay, Dulangan, Tamaraw Falls to Villaflor in the most eastern part. From poblacion you can reach the peninsula of La Laguna, Sabang, Sinandigan and Palangan, where you will find the famous diving spots. If you want to discover the locations, it is the best to rent a scooter, the distance from Talipanan to Villaflor is 30 km, Poblacion to Sabang 10 km. If you just want to see a few spots, stay with a tricycle.
