There is nothing quite like the light! Super popular with surfers. The Thatch Pub is excellent as is The Stores cafe/shop.
All pubs, tea rooms and little shops in Croyde are really good.

Woolacombe Beach is just amazing.
It is vast and beautiful.
There are plenty of places to eat around and about too, not least down little side streets.

Lee
Lee can be walked to from our place.
It is a fabulous walk along rugged coastal paths. Once there, there is The Grampus Inn for food and drink. The beach is lovely as is the exquisite small church of St Mathews. The decor of this little church has to be seen.

I love this place! They do tapas meals and an excellent cream tea.
Also the contemporary art in the gardens is extraordinary. The hotel is welcoming, relaxing and friendly.

Braunton
This is an excellent restaurant in an interesting small town.
There is a small car park very near to the restaurant.
Braunton Burrows is well with a visit too.
The beach is huge!
