Just another 8 minutes' drive along the Oaklands Railway line you will find the little town of Devenish. The silos have been painted by Cam Scale, and depict First World War scenes, as well as a modern day medic to reflect the WW1 nurse.

Carry on up the Oaklands Railway Line to St James, the town where G J Cole started the very first Coles store in Australia. The painted silos, sponsored by the Coles family, were painted by local Benalla artist Tim Bowtell.

The Dookie 'nomadic silos' are the final stop on the North East Art Trail loop. Six huge grain hoppers have been painted by various local artists, and it's worth looking around to spot them. One is currently based at the fabulous Tallis Winery, about 3km out of town - a winery with views to die for!
