This place has a calming type of energy and a nice tea garden. There's a point where we can see the meeting of two rivers Teesta and Rangeet.

It's a very old monastery to visit and it's very peaceful and I feel free when I come here and be with in touch with the existence. Just below there's a tinchulay view point where we can see the view of various places in Kalimpong and Sikkim

Those tea bushes and trees and the greenery here makes this place really beautiful. The road passing from middle of the tea bushes gives a different experience and feel. And just after the tea Garden finishes there's a fine place of rocks naturally grown to it's fullest size. A nature lover and who values the Creator's creation must come to this place.

The place is very historic, this bridge is a very old bridge built by the Britishers in their era about a century ago. In the previous years the people from in and around the area used this bridge to pass by the stream and even vehicles used to drive by this bridge, but now it's been too old the guests can only visit the place but not allowed to pass by the bridge.
Poomong Barbotey Hanging Bridge
The place is very historic, this bridge is a very old bridge built by the Britishers in their era about a century ago. In the previous years the people from in and around the area used this bridge to pass by the stream and even vehicles used to drive by this bridge, but now it's been too old the guests can only visit the place but not allowed to pass by the bridge.
It's a nice place where various organic crops and veggies are grown. And has many fruit bushes and trees. Only here you can see the Garden of Oranges. And winter time is the right time to see the Oranges.

This place makes Takdah unique and beautiful cause here we have a different types of orchids and other plants and flowers which we haven't heard the names till now here you can see all types of cactus and amazing plants. It's kind of a park where families, friends come to meet and spend some time.
