Guide to Homestead by the Haw
Neighborhoods
Saxapahaw is a small town on the Haw River. Other than having a really funky name, it's full of funky country folk :) Grab a morning coffee overlooking the river, take a hike along the river bank, head back downtown for some afternoon local shopping, and then check out lunch at the Saxapahaw General Store and end the day with a drink outside at the Eddy Pub. Finally, enjoy the drive through the countryside back home.

Great spot for a weekend brunch or everyday breakfast, but they have lunch and dinner, too! Actually, they kind of have everything ;)
