Primarily serve pour-over coffee and traditional espresso-based coffee drinks. From the moment coffee beans are ground, they begin to chemically break down. The longer ground coffee sits before it is brewed, the greater it degrades the flavor of the coffee. The pour-over method requires the barista to grind and brew each cup independently. This allows for a less than 60-second turn around time from grind to brew start, resulting in a very fresh, flavorful coffee not found in other coffee shops in the area. The espresso consists of an expert blend of beans, which we then grind and immediately extract.

Parks & Nature
Rich in history, this 1,864-acre park has scenic views, woodlands and the rolling pastures of a historic farm that captures the colonial through post-Civil War life of the Crooked Run Valley. Nature and history programs are offered year-round. Hiking, picnicking, fishing and primitive hike-in camping for families and groups are favorite activities in this peaceful getaway on the eastern side of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The park has 10.5 miles of bridle trails, 22 miles of hiking trails, 9 miles of bike trails and Appalachian Trail access.
