By 125th street 1 train station, 10 mins walk from home. Being in Japan for a year, I would say this place is a decent place for Japanese ramen. Try the crab meat saland and spicy donkatsu ramen. Oh, and try the Asahi draft beer too.

By the 125th street 1 train station 10-12 minutes walk from home. Japanese fast food. Curry rice is decent, good enough for a quick meal.

$20 a drink. But the amazing, one-of-a-kind Times Square view would be enough to justify the price. Great place to experience TS other than the usual tourists spots.

This is more of a weekend, live music brunch place. A lot of greens on the rooftop, and they even have an ancient cart of train to set as sitting area.

Cheap and cheerful, authentic Japanese izakaya, good Sake, cheap Japanese beer. Oh, and they serve BBQ Cow penis too.
There's always a long line, so you must get there before 6 30 pm to avoid a 2 hour wait.
