From the apartment gate go to the right towards the Ala Wai canal, from there go left (Ewa direction) you will see the Cream Pot a few block up on the corner. I love going here for breakfast, it is a little expensive, but good somewhat dainty food and very relaxing on the patio.

From the apartment gate to to the right towards Kuhio, from there turn right (Diamond Head direction). The Kona Coffee place will be on the right hand side on the first floor of the International Market. This is a great place for excellent coffee and pastries!

They have great coffee, pastries, a great selection of bottled drinks to go and there is also a nice restaurant upstairs that I believe is open for dinner.

This place is peaceful in the mornings for breakfast and loud and fun in the evening for dinner. I highly recommend the Eggs Benedict with a side of their HOMEMADE tater tots! I had no idea how delicious a tater tot could be! For dinner I have had their veggie burger which is quite good, the crispy calamari is excellent and the poke is delicious! Also the mixed drinks are really nice, I had one with thyme and gin, it was delicious!

Goofy is a very unique place, casual and welcoming. I love going there for breakfast or lunch! Everything on the menu is good! I have a fondness for Eggs Benedict, so of course I can recommend that, which I might add comes with a choice of Okinawan sweet potatoes which you must get! But seriously, everything is really really really delicious. They use a lot of local ingredients and the coffee I think is from Maui and you can have it cold, its really nice.

1831 Ala Moana BlvdGoofy is a very unique place, casual and welcoming. I love going there for breakfast or lunch! Everything on the menu is good! I have a fondness for Eggs Benedict, so of course I can recommend that, which I might add comes with a choice of Okinawan sweet potatoes which you must get! But seriously, everything is really really really delicious. They use a lot of local ingredients and the coffee I think is from Maui and you can have it cold, its really nice.
