If you want to try Czech cuisine go to Lokal, please don't go to the main touristic restaurants like "U Medvidku" they are only for tourists, local people don't eat there. Local Dlouha it part of the Ambiente group (check it out - all restaurants they own are worth visiting and have good prices and tasty food), its the best you can get. Nice place to stop through day for a lunch and a beer.
