Further down Broadway Market, overlooking the Regent’s canal, is Tuyo. Spanish for ‘yours’, Tuyo serves a range of Mediterranean inspired tapas, pinchos, and bigger sharing dishes. Tuyo’s tapas are not just Spanish, they are also influenced by Greek and Turkish recipes to bring a mixture of flavours from the Med.
