Smoke BBQ + Bar is the Ice District’s newest hidden gem. Quietly tucked inside the Crash Hotel, Smoke is a BBQ lover’s dream nestled inside a quaint and inviting bar and lounge. As you walk in, you are comforted by the scent of smoked cedar and cherrywood, the rich burgundy tones of the interior and the turn-of-the-20th-century inspired tin ceiling tiles. The staff are very friendly, the cocktails unique and the food is delicious!

Pannekoeken anyone? I am Dutch and LOVE this restaurant for delicious breakfasts and brunch. You can even have adult beverages with your breakfasts! They are not open in the evenings though so check their hours when you want to go.

This restaurant is a well known place to eat so be sure to make a reservation when you want to go. The front of the restaurant is a cafe the back is a steakhouse with amazing cocktails. Situated on 104 Street and 102 Avenue the entire block between Jasper and 102 Avenue is full of restaurants and bars. Lovely to stroll down, many outdoor seating areas and all types of food!

Fargos has a great restaurant with outdoor seating and a lounge with live music as well as televised sports events. Love their nachos!

THIS. Such delicious ice cream and just across the river from your stay. If you like gourmet ice cream you won't be disappointed. They even make the waffle cones by hand here! So good!

Oh the food here.. never a disappointment. They have their own bakery called Bread & Butter so all of their bread comes from there. You can also buy directly from the bakery to enjoy in your kitchen here! Not even 5 minutes away.

They have lots of locations but the one closest to our location is on 90th Avenue and just does delivery but this is the only pizza I ever order! So good!

It is very close by and has a Safeway, Walmart, Winners, Liquor Depot, Dollarama, Sketchers Factory Outlet, Hakim Optical, with Canadian Tire and Mark's Work Wearhouse across 50th Street. There is TD Bank there, Library, Joeys Seafood, 5 Guys, Oodle Noodle, Fat Frank's, Tim Hortons, McDonalds, KFC, Taco Bell, A&W and Top Donair all in the surrounding area.
