The W has some awesome restaurants and great happy hour deals! At La Spiga and Spice Market, if you order a happy hour drink (5:00-7:30) you get a free appetizer. Crystal lounge is a nice dance club.

Strata is one of the more upscale bars in the city. It is located on the 56th floor of the InterContinental and offers a great view of the city!

The Rotana is a brand new hotel and it has several places to eat and grab a few drinks. My favorite is Boston's - it's a sports bar-type place and it has specials on different nights of the week.

The Shangri-La is a new hotel with some great restaurants and bars to check out. In particular, The Den is a piano bar that doesn't allow smoking, so it's one of the only bars with fresh air in the city!

This is currently the largest mall in Doha. You can get anything you need here, and there's a Carrefour inside it for any grocery needs as well. There's also a cinema!
