Tucked out of the way, this light is much less visited than it's more prominent companion on Eastern Point.

Striking views of the ocean going and to and from this house. Never take it for granted, but I do wish the tourists would pull over instead of stopping in the middle of the road.

Our Lady of Good Voyage is the Portugese church. The statue of the madona holding a ship is a symbol of the city, has a unique carillon and a scale model of fishing boats at the base of each pillar.

It's the symbol of the city and a record of all the fishermen lost at sea over the years. Nice place to walk along Stacy Boulevard past the Fisherman's Wives memorial to Stage Fort Park.

Has perhaps the most kid friendly of beaches. Located on the outer harbor it has a good playground, room to run and climb for older children and picnic tables. A real favorite with small children.
