West Bagborough village is in the heart of the Quantock Hills. A walk up Stout Lane, next door to the Rising Sun pub takes you to Will’s Neck, the highest point in the Quantock Hills. Absolutely beautiful any time of the year, the colours, the views, the scenery.. fantastic. There are miles of beautiful paths for everyone, whether walking, mountain biking or horse riding. Fantastic pubs dotted around for a welcome drink.

Hestercombe is a beautiful National Trust house and gardens. Plenty to see and do whatever the weather and a super cafe to enjoy the atmosphere.

Dunster is beautiful historical town and well work a day out. Take the Somerset Steam train from Bishops Lydeard. Visit the magnificent Castle and grounds and then find the secret garden at the Lutterell Arms for a glass of wine or a beer. They also have live music and folk bands on selected weekends. Well worth a visit.
