Popular (and most sucessfully distributed) among the many local craft breweries, Ska has a great taproom with a tasty kitchen. Not the easiest to find or most tourist convenient in town and they don’t stay open very late' but certainly a local favorite. Cool brewery merchandise for sale - their cycling shirts appear to be popular with serious cyclists.
