The main trail is a quick 45-60 mins with a good little incline for the glutes. There are bunches of other trails if you want to stay out longer and explore. The main trail is very heavily used so it's a safe place for a lone hiker to get their workout on. There's a decent view at the top.

A bit touristy and you'll have to pay to park, but it's a unique experience to climb up the side of a giant rock. There's not much cover, so go early in the summer and wear hat/sunscreen and take water.

There is a large dog park and a pool with day-rates for usage. There's a farmer's market every Saturday morning.
