Southeast Asian fare that veers slightly to the left of down-the-middle. Grapefruit and pea shoot salad or delicious fall off the bone ribs are served alongside pho and vermicelli that is much better than it has to be.

You probably don't want to miss coming here at least once during your visit. The quintessential New York river town has had a reawakening (if you can even still call it that -- it's woke). What used to be 50% antique shops has given some of its retail space over to high design, world class restaurants and first rate hotels. There is no doubt you'll find something you want to buy if you walk a few blocks. The only question remains, "can you afford it"?

Don't let anybody call this Storm King's little brother. While it might be to a slightly smaller scale, the sculptures here are impressive in their own right with outdoor installations that are even more interactive than its twin to the south.
You can spend a whole afternoon (or day) here wandering around and it is a great backdrop for a picnic. It's also very close by Kinderhook farm if you plan to spend the day in this direction.
