We lived in Japan and are happy Kayo's serves up Ramen just almost as good as you can get in Osaka! They spin it a bit with zucchini noodles (optional) that are so good, especially if you are GF.

If you like sushi and don't mind spending to experience it: Nimblefish. They fly their fish in from wherever in the world is most fresh and prepare it in front of you. It's slow, it's beautiful, it's worth every penny and it's a sushi experience you won't forget.
