Mountain Biking: Cumberland is world renown for it's mountain biking trails for all levels. Bike rentals are available at multiple shops in town and the trails start steps from the downtown core! You will notice a bike theme throughout the town, everyone is kind of obsessed with biking. Cumberland Bakery: Possibly the best bakery in the valley. Located on the main street. Cumberland Brewing Company(CBC): Great atmosphere, even better beer. All brewed on site, they have amazing nibbles and community style seating so you feel like a local! Riders Pizza: If you enjoy pizza, this is an absolute must. They also have great salads and pasta for those less enthused with pizza. Four Quarters: A great spot for anytime of the day! Coffee: The Wandering Moose Cafe & Cumberland Grind Desert: Loves Ice Cream is homemade and open seasonally. Hand made cones and home made ice cream, located beside the post office on the main street. Village Ice: THE BEST SHAVED ICE outside Hawaii. All flavours are homemade, sugar free, etc! Truly the most amazing thing I have yet to eat. Comox Lake: If you have a free sunny day, you MUST go to Comox Lake. If you park at the Campground, you have full access to the beach, paddle board and kayak rentals, bathrooms and a food stand. Great place for all ages, and we also have extra tubes for guest! Just ask us for them and we will provide all the info you will need to get to the lake!

Courtenay has so much to offer! A great downtown full of boutique shops and restaraunts and amazing views. Here are some of our favourite stops: Pho 54: The best place to grab a bowl of Pho! The Butcher Block: Amazing meat selection and they also have a lunch menu! The Comox Valley Farmers Market: Every Saturday, year round. Depending on the season, the location will either be indoors at the Native Sons Hall, or at the Fair Grounds. The hours are 9-1pm, The Goose Spit: The perfect place to go walking, watch the sunset, kayak, or just enjoy the 360 degree view of the mountains. You can also see the Comox Glacier from here! The Hog & The Hen: The BEST breakfast in town. Only a few tables are available here, so expect a wait, but we promise it will be worth it. The Atlas Cafe: Another amazing restaurant in the city. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner is sure to be a great choice.
