They use the highest grade of 100% Australian grain spirit, triple filtered using our custom gravity-fed carbon filter system, to provide the purest base for capturing the soul of botanicals. They grow many of the botanicals on their property, and use a vapour pressed production approach for distillation.

This garden-girt cottage on Piper Street lets you bathe yourself in nostalgia, and a properly made sauce while you're at it.
The hotel has been slowly renovated, refurbished, and resurrected by its current owners. Comfortable, cosy, eclectic and eccentric inside, the choice between the front bar, parlour bar, main dining room, private dining room or laid-back lounge/library is sometimes just too hard to make, especially since each of these offers a crackling fireplace. Often a swaggy band will be playing as you enter through the front foyer. Avast garden around the back for exploring.

Water cascades over layers of bedrock through rock pools, crevices and little caverns. Relax in the rock pools and take a swim in one of the bigger swimming holes. It is best to visit after some rain.

Black Hill Reserve

Walk along signed tracks through natural and revegetated bushland surrounded by wild flowers and local wildlife. See magnificent views and imposing rock formations like The Monolith, one of the biggest granite features in Victoria.
The cross is in a reserve near the summit of Mount Macedon and is reached by a 2.5-mile (4.0 km) access road. It can be seen from a great distance from the plains below the mountain.

The cross is 70 feet (21 m) high with a 14-foot (4.3 m) plinth and rests on a circular base 38 feet (12 m) in diameter.[4][6] It is constructed of pale yellow Wunderlich terracotta tiles on a steel base. It can be seen from a great distance from the plains below the mountain.

Features include bluestone garden walls and a wrought iron main gate. The garden also has a rotunda, a fairy ring of trees, a drinking fountain dating back to1902, an old restored gardener’s cottage and a riverside walk along the Campaspe River.
It also features the Kyneton Community Park, which offers a unique nature-based play and water park experience for people of all ages and abilities.
