It's the jewel of Austin spanning dozens and dozens of miles on both sides of Town Lake. The East Side section is particularly beautifully with its canopied old growth oak trees, parks, playgrounds and it even has a light boat launch.

The many sections of 6th Street
The iconic part of 6th St is East of Congress Ave and West of I-35. This section is popular with college students and tourists and is known for cheaper drinks. It is also sometimes called 'Dirty 6th'.
West of Guadalupe on 6th is the West 6th area that houses clubs and fancier bars that cater to a more affluent clientele.
East 6th is the latest emerging district closest to the property. It's somewhat of a hybrid and where local bars and patrons went when Iconic 6th St became more commercialized. You will see a mix of new restaurant/ bar concepts and old weird Austin establishments.
