Lower pistol river
Pistol River first settled in the early 1860s by my great great grandparents and other early homesteaders. Thou people have tried to change the valley it is still predominantly owned by a few of the old families. If you rent our home you will also have access to pistol river for swimming, kayaking, fishing, hiking or just walking or can go to the ocean if you are into windsurfing, beachcombing. Any way you will not run out of things to do regardless of your abilities.
The house has wonderful front and back yards and surrounding areas for setting up tents, outside weddings, or having a family get together in the summer.
We also have a second little house that is available at this time. We encourage guests that rent one to encourage friends and family to rent the other house. We have lots of room and is a great place for large families and friends.
But whether you want to just rent one house or two houses they are close enough together but far enough apart for privacy for couples or For whole families to come together .
If you’re in to fishing, we have salmon after the first fall rain to end of December and steelhead after 1st of January to end of March, Depending on the rain. Summertime trout or you can go fish in the ocean.
We do you have a good Wifi, We have starlink, new to us, but it is working great, speeds 100 MB’s plus and we have dish for tv, And they both work great.
