If you, like me, skip early breakfasts then try to go there for your second breakfast and stay till the end (12:00). When you leave you won’t think about lunch till evening :-)

I consider everything local as it’s barely few kilometers away! :-)
This is my recommendation for a walk or bicycle ride.
Very nice place for a walk. This is an old quarry flooded by ground water. There are multiple benches where you can sit and relax, take a sunbath or just walk few meters above water level and enjoy the views. Lots of trees, paths, for a longer walk you can start from it and then join Vistula river boulevards
Only 3 tram stops from the apartment (Orzeszkowej -> Kapelanka and 5min walk along Twardowskiego street)

Panoramic view on Krakow. Good place for a walk. Las Wolski (forest) in general is a greenish, hilly area with lots of paths good for walking and bicycle riding. You can also visit Krakow’s zoo which is situated in the same area.
When I dont have time to go outside Krakow to ride my bike I go there! Best place in Krakow for such activity
