Getting Around
There are express trains to the city if you like to get around - Blue Mountains for the day or Sydney City Centre. If you like to leisurely enjoy the water ways, catch a ferry - you can catch a bus to the ferry terminal at Parramatta. I recommend all my visitors take the slow and scenic route. Stop along the way. You can get off any of the stops along the way. Get yourself an Opal Card and fill it with credit to enjoy travelling all day on all public buses, trains, light rail and the ferry. My visitors enjoy Sydney 's Harbour.

I recommend if you have a vehicle to check this store out - I picked up beautiful porcelain mugs for my hard to please overseas visitors with quality souvenir placements. If you are going to carry it all the way back home, you might as well buy something that is worthy of the memories you are taking back.
