Kings Park is the biggest inner city park in the world at a little over 14 square kilometres. King's Park and Botanic Gardens boast fantastic views of the city and surrounds. There are various very interesting walks around the park itself.

It's a great place to visit, pretty surroundings and plenty of shady places to sit and picnic or rest in between seeing the animals. The Orangutan area is state of the art and the Perth Zoo breeding program world class.
