Some tips to go dining around

Juicy Lucy is my favourite burguer in Las Palmas. It´s 200 gr of meat filled in with cheddar cheese, taste is really intense when trying the first bit.
It´s located on a terrace at the end of Las Canteras, so it´s not recommended when its little bit cold or windy.
And it´s small place with no possibility to book, so need to go at the opening times (around 20 h) or take it easy in case you need to wait.
In any case, right next to it there is a bar called Valentina, where you can take a drink while waiting for your burger (I´ll ad a post for Valentina).
If you like burgers, my friends and I always decide between La 66, Rockabilly or 200 gr (I´ll ad a particular post for each place).

Rockabilly Burger Bar Puerto

It has a burguer made of cochino negro (canarian pig) which is really tasty.
If you like grilled meet, it´s one of the best meat restaurants in Las Palmas (probably the best), with great views of Las Canteras beach (you can book asking for a table next to the windows).
Typical dish for opening is "chorizo parrillero", a grilled argentinian sausage wiht species.
Then, straight to the main dish: normally they have T-Bone (big veal steak), chuleton gallego (a chop veal from northwest region in Spain) or entrecot.
If you prefer tender meat, then I´d recommend vacio or punta de solomillo (rib eye steak).
Depending on the drinks you get, it can cost you between 25 - 50 € per person. As an example, when I get there with my wife, we just order one or two beers or a coke and it can cost to both of 50 €. But if I get there with my friends and we order wine, then it sum up around 50 eur/each.

Of course it´s more expensive, but if you want to celebrate something, its a good chance.
