Washington Lake Park is the largest municipal park in NJ, covering a total of 330 acres. The park's trails (paved, unpaved, and nature walk) are open daily from sunrise to sunset. It's a great place to get in that morning run. There are three playground areas, beach volleyball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, a skate park, and multi-use recreational space all open to the public. Bring a rod and fish in the parks Cedar Lake. The park also has an amphitheater where they host a variety of events.
