Hiking
This is the 2nd largest city park in the United States. I recommend the 1906 trail if you want a gradual uphill trail or go steep with the powerline trail that leads to the top of Mt. Helena. You will appreciate the view from the top. Try hiking it at night for a great view of the city lights and minimal people. Bring the dog as it is very dog friendly and you will see lots of dogs on the trail.
