One of our favorite restaurants in Berkeley. Delicious Mexican and cocktails. Comal can get very busy, but you can typically find a spot at the bar inside or at the bar out back on their patio. If you have to wait for a table, you can always enjoy a cocktail and some chips, salsa, and guacamole (delicious!) next to the fire pit on the patio.

Romantic and classy dinner spot if you're looking for a "splurge" night out. Reservations are definitely recommended. Dining at their Cafe is equally as lovely, and can be easier to get into and also a little gentler on the bank account.

Perfect morning stroll just a few blocks away. Great coffee and pastries (the sweet potato rolls are phenomenal). Coffee shop is walk-up only, but they do have some seating outside.
