Nice views of the bay, beautiful sunsets, laid back vibe, live music every summer evening except on weekends, food wise it is ok for a quick bite, but next door Marina Grill is a better choice for food.

Out and about
A nice change of pace from the boardwalk, and less crowded, you can stroll, jog or bike the path that circles Silver Lake. There are a couple of spots you can sit on a park bench and fish, there is a really cute Butterfly Garden at the west end of the lake, and McGovern Playground is a really nice one, right off the Silver Lake path on the southwest end
