Alexandra Parade Train station is the nearest train station and only four stops (8mins) to/from Glasgow Queen Street station; the heart of Glasgow city centre. Buses run frequently also on the main road towards Alexandra Parade or Cumbernauld Rd. Any Bus number: 38, 38B, 38C,38E should get you to most places you want to go in Glasgow. I recommend using Google maps for travel times and options. Buchanan Bus Station is the main bus terminus in Glasgow. It’s within walking distance of Glasgow Queen Street Station. This bus station mainly has long distance busses.
