Welcome to beautiful Cape Coral! Located in southwest Florida, known for its many canals and warm weather all year round. Our home is located close to everything. The neighborhood is quite and residential but minutes away from Parks, restaurants, beaches and historical downtown Fort Myers. There is always something going on in "The Cape". We have Saturday Farmers Market, Local events every weekend monthly, Bike Night, Rent a boat and ride along the Chattahoochee River, visit Sanibel Island and Captiva Island just 30 minutes away...and so much more.

Area Places to Visit
These are just a couple of my favorite local places to visit and things to do. It's perfect for family or if you prefer solo. Whether you are into history, nature or just having fun try these out and ENJOY!!

If you enjoy a nature walk and all it has to offer I would suggest you visit this beautiful ecological preserve and take in the Florida landscape. Right next to the entrance of the preserve you will see the Iwo Jima Monument, American War Memorial.

The Cape Coral Historical Museum and Rose Garden has three exhibit buildings and a historic rose garden. The focus is on the history of the city and development over the years. You can head out to the Cape Coral Yacht Club by Riverside and Flamingo Drive and see the first four houses built back in the 60's.

I strongly recommend you and your family visit the Edison and Ford Winter Estates. There are many interesting information and facts to learn and you also get to explore the estate, botanical gardens, museum and see the banyan trees which is a must.

Burrowing Owl Festival, located in the Rotary Park Environmental center/Rose Garden. It usually takes place in February of each year. Come see Cape Coral's official city bird. If you ride around our neighborhoods I am sure you will spot these beautiful creatures

Friday Night Fun
The Westin Cape Coral at Marina Village. The view from this place at sundown over the water and boats is spectacular. This is another Friday night favorite place to go. The marina is beautiful in addition to live music, great shops, great eateries. Enjoy a drink at the Nauti Mermaid Bar and Grill.
I love this place!!!It's great spot for a casual walk. It has outdoor food, drinks, shopping, live music and a marina overlooking all the boats. Come January join the annual Tour de Cape cycling event take off.

Food scene
There are so many great eateries in Cape Coral to mention but I will suggest a few of my favorites. You can start off by taking a walk thru the SE 47th Terrace area known as the restaurant district.
This is a GO TO for Indian Cuisine. Food is delicious, friendly staff.
