This park is within waking distance to our place and hosts morning walkers, golfing, a duck pond and the Zoo. Even though you may want to drive to the Zoo, it's a perfect morning or afternoon (in the winter) activity. There are 2 young elephants who were born there, along with many other interesting exhibits.

This is another hidden gem of desert gardens. Enjoy the Orchid Exhibit October - May and experience the delightful butterfly exhibit. Don't forget to look for the colorful, tropical frogs! Dine from an eclectic menu at the cafe. It's a fun and educational experience.
