Tita's is our local bar, its situated in our same beach and the treatment is very local. Go on over and tell them you are our guest at Sal & Turq to be treated like royalty.
Ask to play cornhole if you are in a group. Beer is affordable at $2-3.
If you are a group of 4 or more Tita herself can arrange to make you her famous stew chicken for lunch or diner.
Just ask the bartender.

These is a list of our favorite spots in the island. Where we bring our friends and family when they visit. Some places are formal others are not, but they are all great eats.
Best Grilled & Smoked chicken in the island. We like it spicy but you can request mild, and if you have space to share we recommend the ceviche. Which is Honduran style, meaning it has tomatoes, and a touch of dark sauces (westerchire & maggi).

As the name says it , café escondido is hidden in the second floor of West End Divers (the red scuba diving shop smacked in the middle of west end). Go for breakfast or for lunch as the place closes at 3pm.
Our recommendation here are the rice bowls. Really flavorful and with abundant amount of vegetables. Great Smoothies and pancakes are also available.

You can eat really good food, and enjoy some snorkeling. If you walk to the end of the beach, you will come across world famous Anthony's Keyes which is renowned for its dolphins and its instructors. You may go snorkeling and appreciate the dolphins from outside but please wear something g colorful to distinct you in the water from the other boats.
