comfortably sheltering from the sun drinking cold local beers and trying out the food. best brucceta ever had! They also serve local style food and fresh seafood of course. The staff are all very attentive and insist on pouring your drinks and clearing your table. The view of the beach is lovely and we spent the day watching the locals, and a few tourists, enjoying the ocean breeze. Also, if you turn around you can watch the old style trains rushing past directly behind the restaurant. Great fun when the local commuters wave from the open doors and windows on their way into and out of Colombo city.
