Oxford Exchange is a restaurant, bookstore, lifestyle gift store, coworking space, design studio and event venue. The courtyard dining area is absolutely gorgeous and the food is top-notch. This is one of our favorite brunch spots in town.

Excellent food. Excellent atmosphere. Right on the north end of the riverwalk so after you are finished with dinner, you can take a stroll along the 3-mile stretch of the Tampa Riverwalk. It's also part of the beloved Armature Works which is host to a dozen+ restaurants, a bar, a coffee shop, lots of seating, and gorgeous views of the river and downtown Tampa.

Lots of great restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. Home of the Tampa Bay Rays. Head toward the water and check out the new St.Pete Pier. It has a few restuarants, a large outdoor bar, its own beach for the family, it's dog-friendly, and at the end is a 3-level tower where you can get dinner and drinks, see beautiful views of the bay, downtown St.Pete, and watch as the airplanes fly into the airport nearby.

Clearwater has been ranked one of the best beaches in the United States. The area offers shopping, restaurants, and activities such as parasailing, jet ski rentals, boat tours (with a common sighting of dolphins in the Gulf waters), miniature golf, fishing charters, and "pirate ship" cruises. Avoid driving out there or coming back during rush hour to avoid a lengthier trip.

At the south end you have our neighborhood and at the north end is downtown Tampa. Along Bayshore, you'll see plenty of wildlife, sometimes even dolphins and sharks, and you'll also get a look at the most beautiful and most expensive waterfront homes in all of Tampa.
