One of two towers on Charles Bridge. The entrance is very small and hidden, but for sure go there! Its cheap and views are unforgettable :-) usually there are no turists and you will enjoy it more then crowded turistic places :-)

National muzeum. It was completely reconstructed in 2012 - 2018 and now its one of the nicest buildings in Prague (although the place is still not so nice ... Venceslav square is famous but there is nothing to see)
