This friendly mouthwatering restaurant has so many tantalizing treats and pastries you won’t know which one to choose! We have been going there for years and every single thing we have ever tasted is as delicious as can be. Chad’s biscuits & gravy are great and perfect before having a homemade pop tart. The one closest to us here in Palm Desert is located on the upper level off of El Paseo. They also have a fun location in Palm Springs with an upper level patio for great sightseeing and good times.

This authentic Mexican food place is very close, clean, and consistently delicious! They use some of the best quality steak we have ever tasted at a Mexican restaurant. Our go to is usually the steak and egg burrito in the morning. Their shredded beef taco is also great. Call and order ahead for quick and easy pick up.

Being only a mile away, Vicky’s is the closest restaurant and happens to have Rose Mallett, one of earth’s best singers perform there on Saturday evenings from 5 o’clock to 7 PM. Even if it’s just to go have a drink and listen to the soothing sounds of Rose, she is a must see and you will not be disappointed. Rose also performs at Purple Room Supper Club in Palm Springs most Tuesdays. Even though Purple Room is a bit farther, located in Palm Springs, it has been one of our very favorites for years.

If you find yourself in Cathedral city, this local favorite is a good breakfast stop. The biscuits & gravy here is our favorite and we get it with the bacon and hash browns it comes with extra crispy! Closed Mondays.
