Murphy River WalkIt's a 4-mile greenway around downtown.
It loops in and out of the Konehete Park, 2 rivers, Lake Hiwassee and the old train tracks.
There are many trailheads, the closest to access from the Loft is the McClelland St Trail Head.
It's a large lake that is surrounded by 90% forest service, so the traffic is minimal and you really get to just enjoy nature.

We DO suggest you only watch movies in the 'downstairs' theater. The 'upstairs' theater is MUCH smaller, maybe 5-6 rows of seats and a smaller screen. It's just not as cozy as the main downstairs theater.
