North Beach Provincial Park is one of the Prince Edward County’s hidden gems. To visit North Beach, a newcomer might think that they are lying somewhere in the Caribbean. This thin stretch of golden sand has the picturesque Lake Ontario on one side, and the calm waters of North Bay on the other. Although North Beach Provincial Park is often referred to as “Little Sandbanks” by locals, this beach offers a far different experience than it’s more famous neighbor. There are 1.2 km (.8 miles) of sandy beach perfectly dotted with shady trees. North Beach Provincial Park has excellent picnic areas and toilet facilities. And, there is car parking lot.

Don’t miss this fantastic PEC winery! While a little off the beaten track, you will be glad you made the stop! Fantastic wines, always- friendly staff and great prices! Wood fired pizzas, sometimes live music and reasonable wine flights and samples. Be sure to try their spritzes and sangrias too! We left with a case of wines and can’t wait to enjoy them at home! Oh and we also joined the wine club too! Can’t wait for those deliveries! guests review on expedia /Visited August 2023•Travelled with friends
