Beautiful scenery of the lake.
It has kids playground, sand volleyball court, bbq and common area.
Tips: by the lake, there’s lots of ducks so Watch your steps.

The community has 4 playgrounds, 2 man made lakes, and 2 common areas.
Our property is located in the West village. It has a playground and a lake by Harper’s Way. This is within walking distance.
The other 3 are located in the South village. It has 3 play grounds, a common area, and a lake. Hint: our daughters’ favorite spot is the zip line in South village.
These are great places to take amazing pictures for your family.
Tips:
You can use all amenities but the swimming pool. Swimming pools are for residents only.
Harper's Preserve
Harper's TraceThe community has 4 playgrounds, 2 man made lakes, and 2 common areas.
Our property is located in the West village. It has a playground and a lake by Harper’s Way. This is within walking distance.
The other 3 are located in the South village. It has 3 play grounds, a common area, and a lake. Hint: our daughters’ favorite spot is the zip line in South village.

Don’t know about you but every time I go to sams, I always ended up buying more stuff than I needed. :-) but I am happy with their products anyways.
