"Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary" is a wonderful day out for anyone! Famous for its Rainbow Lokikeets and their feeding times it is home for so much more including the adorable koalas! It is a 30 minute drive from Longbeach.

The closest big supermarket is Woolworths. It is located at the non beach end of Cavill Ave inside the Paradise Shopping Centre on the lower level. If you are driving you enter via Hanlan St. There is number plate recognition as you enter. If you are shopping at Woolworths, you are entitled to 1 hour FREE parking. As you leave, go to the service desk, give you car registration number, they will enter it into an ipad and as you drive out, the boom will open.
