From "Søgne" you can take the local Taxi boat to Ny Hellesund. Its full of seamans history. And its full of beautifull spots.

Maybe a long drive but an excellent opportunity to meet the spectacular «HARDANGERVIDDA». At Solheimstulen you meet kind hosts, you can get lovely food and sleep well in soft beds. The place has its own atmosphere both outside and inside. And after 30 minutes easy walk you are just in the midle of heavenly mountain area.

A really nice spot - maybe on your way to Lindesnes. The channel, the beautiful fish market, a nice trail to hike and the world famous under-water restaurant "Under". Go Spangereid!
