This is an awesome dive bar with so many drink options. Plenty of pool tables, cool booths, and cheap drinks. Everything you'd look for in a great dive bar.

So it's not southern BBQ, but it's the best we've got in Sacramento. Get the "Dirty Tots," I promise you won't regret it. Add a half rack of ribs and you're set.

This is our favorite restaurant in Sacramento. Their menu changes daily, prices are not outrageous, and all the dishes are locally sourced. If they have the Pork Chop, get it. Breakfast is great too.

Little tough to find, but if you're looking for high end dining, this place is worth every dollar. Reservations are recommended and the patio provides great ambiance. A perfect date location.

A little more towards land park, but worth the jaunt. Japanese "Fondue" style restaurant. The Wagyu and American "Kobe" beef in any item are to die for. They have a REALLY big sake bomb too.

If you are a sashimi fan, you won't find fresher fish than at Kru. They fly in fish daily, and prepare the dishes with modern and traditional in mind. The price is steep, but the food reflects it.

Bocce Balls. Get them-Simple guilty pleasures, great drinks, and creative pasta and pizza make this a fun modern Italian restaurant. If you don't want to spend $$$ at Biba, this is a good 2nd option.

The name says it all. Not a ton of seating so there is usually a 15 minute wait. But the hollandaise sauce makes it worth it. Oddly, the "Kitchen Sink" is a really good breakfast item.

Very low cost. Great food for the price, but being that you feel like you're in a 50's diner, you don't pay for the ambiance. Their Bacon Belgian Waffle is AWESOME.

It's our favorite Thai spot in Sacramento if you don't want to drive to Rocklin(25 minutes) to experience "thai heaven." Their curries are definitely their best dishes. Take out is available.

This is the BEST Thai restaurant in Northern California. I would eat her 3-5 times a DAY if I could. My favorites: Panang Curry, Pad See Ew, and Tom Kha soup. It's worth the drive outside Sacramento.
