Not the greatest beach but right next to Playland and the Rye Town Park. In the summer it's the perfect place to watch the fireworks on Friday nights.

AKA Tod's Point, after Oct. 31st the park doesn't require a pass or charge for parking. This is one of the best places to walk in the area with great views of the sound, nice trails and sandy beaches.
