You can tell from the parking lot that El Cid is a very popular Oakhurst restaurant. It offers big portions of good basic Mexican fare and awesome margarita's. Their albondigas soup is really good too. It can handle a lot of diners so you may be able to get a table here even when the parking lot looks full.

Parks & Nature
Without a doubt this is one of the finest national parks in the US. It's not to be missed! Yosemite Valley can get congested during the summer but the park is huge and you can find wonderful hikes & gorgeous scenery elsewhere in the park too.
