Dunster Castle and village is well worth a visit, beautiful Mediterranean Gardens and walking trails steeped in history. The village has shops to browse as well as good pubs, tea rooms and restaurants. The West Somerset Railway stops nr Dunster Beach with a short 15 min walk. Great for all ages.

If you fancy a day on the Mendips you can walk Glastonbury Tor and visit the Abbey and perhaps spend an afternoon shopping at Clarks Village at Street which is a stone's throw from the Tor.
