With over 1200 bushes and 250 different varieties of roses, the park's rose garden is a beautiful sight not to be missed. This park also has nature and hiking trails, the Avery House Nature House, an area for compost demonstrations, children's play structures including a decommissioned steam engine for exploration, and a large horseshoe pit field.
