Besides the Pisa tower maybe not as beautiful as Florence or Lucca, but definitely look further then just the tower, Pisa is great for shopping and has really nice views from the bridges over the Arno

On the central Ponte A Moriano square you will find bar Graziella. Simple bar with outside seating, great for a quick espresso, cappuccino and a sandwich. Very reasonable prices.
