This Open Space is a hidden gem just south of Highway 24. The park is dog friendly, kid friendly, stroller friendly, and has beautiful vistas of Manitou, Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak. Super photos!

Wow!! Amazing food and a fantastic story of a boy (the chef) who's dad died at 10, mom wound up in prison and he worked in restaurants at age 14 so he knew he'd have a next meal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Coffee/Food
One of my favorite places for a great cup of coffee, glass of wine and to pick up a artistic greeting card and coconut macaroon. Yumm!
The restaurant next door- Poor Richards, shares the space and has the most amazing slice of pizza, fresh salads and soups of the day. Plan on metered parking in front OR park on Tejon where there are no meters and walk over.
Cute coffee spot for locals. Great food and located by Stratton Open Space hiking trails....my favorite!
